Staff members are assigned duties as external invigilators for other colleges and for zonal valuation. The Office meticulously records student attendance, handles the secure packing and dispatch of answer scripts to the university, and facilitates result analysis. Additionally, it supports students by processing revaluation applications, issuing mark sheets, consolidated mark sheets, provisional certificates, and degree certificates. Maintenance of inventory, as well as the regular updating of staff profiles on the university portal, are also key responsibilities.
For Internal Examinations, the Exam Office coordinates the conduct of IAT-I, IAT-II, Model Exams, retests, and practical exams each semester. This includes receiving syllabus completion reports from departments, assigning staff for invigilation duties, and preparing hall allocations and seating plans. Prior to exams, the Office ensures the availability of two sets of question papers and maintains sufficient copies of both question papers and answer scripts as per hall capacity. Student attendance and absenteeism are closely monitored, and the Office ensures timely paper correction, mark entry in the internal web portal, and result analysis. To support students, improvement tests are conducted for poor performers and absentees, and exam results are shared with both students and their parents.
